Chasing LEDS
This circuit creates the infamous 'Knightrider' running lights
Transistor outputs may be added to run relays etc instead of LEDs, if any outputs aren't used link the first unused output to RST terminal, eg if only 3 outputs are used then link output 3 to RST terminal.
